WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all UK orders.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after your order was dispatched with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Delivery couriers we use are Royal Mail, Evri and DHL.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.
We do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Cut off times for the same day dispatch of the order:
Standard and free shipping orders - cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm.
Next Working Day orders
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm, will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for over 10 business days, we will issue a replacement.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM/PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING OR DAMAGED?
If one or more items from your order are missing or damaged contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods, and our customer service team will resolve this for you.
